Brand name items that are not pre-orders will ship from our shop within 10 days. IF you need the item to ship earlier, please call or email us. If a brand name item is out of stock, on backorder or must be specially ordered, we will try to let you know, and the order will ship when the item arrives in our shop. Allow another week to receive your order once it is shipped UNLESS you have chosen an expedited shipping method.
Pre-order items are noted as such in their individual listings and ship when they are received from the manufacturer. Please note that all arrival times are ESTIMATED and we cannot be held responsible if the item arrives later or not at all. If it does not arrive at all, we of course will refund the amount of that item to the payment method you used when making your purchase.
Brand name items that you choose to personalize/monogram will be completed and ready to ship within 2 weeks of the date of your order. Allow another week to receive your order once it is shipped UNLESS you have chosen an expedited shipping method.
Custom made, non-heirloom/special occasion items are normally completed and ready to ship within 3 weeks of your order. Allow another week to receive your order once it is shipped UNLESS you have chosen an expedited shipping method.
Custom made heirloom/special occasion dresses and outfits are normally completed and ready to ship within 8 weeks of your order. **Crafting times may be longer during busy times of the year such as Easter. Allow another week to receive your order once it is shipped UNLESS you have chosen an expedited shipping method.
Please be patient receiving ALL custom made items because they take time to carefully and lovingly craft since they are specially made for you and your little one.
Shipping methods offered at checkout are: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day Air, FedEx 3rd Day Air, USPS International First Class Mail, USPS International Priority Mail and SPECIAL shipping for heirloom/special occasion items. If you are local and would like to pick up your item instead of shipping it, there is an option for that as well.
We do not reimburse or give credit for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We are not responsible for anything that occurs after we deliver our packages to the shipping service.
We are not responsible for postal or other shipping service transit times. Transit times are provided by the shipper, and may vary with package destination, particularly during busy/peak periods.
We are not responsible for the length of time a particular country decides to hold a package in customs OR for any fees that may be charged by a country's customs agency.
