INCORRECT ADDRESS ISSUES
We will not issue any refund in case the order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
In case your shipping address is incomplete and the parcel is kept at the Post Office, please contact your local Post Office to complete the address and request them to deliver your parcel.
Within 12 hours after placing an order, you are advised to contact us as soon as possible to correct/complete your shipping address. Please keep in mind that after 12 hours, all information of the order cannot be changed, so you should check the tracking number to deal with your local post office.
EXCHANGE, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
In case you purchase a product by mistake and wish to exchange it for another one, please contact through firstname.lastname@example.org clearly detailing your desired product and the exchange reason. Be mindful that we only accept exchange within 2 hours after your order is placed.
In case you want to exchange for other sizes/designs after receiving your original order, we would like to give you a discount coupon to place a new order for the product you want.
Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns of our products in any form. However, if you claim a defective/low-quality product with adequate proof, we will be willing to send you a replacement free of charge. You are free to keep the wrong product as an apology gift in this case.
You are eligible for a full refund in case you want to cancel your order within 2 hours after your purchase is completed. Otherwise, we can’t cancel your order and issue a refund since your order is in the manufacturing process.
We will not accept a refund in case you just claim that the quality is not good as you hope because we believe that we are supplying high-quality products in the market as well as customers’ expectations are different and difficult for us to meet all.
For other cases, please contact us via email@example.com, we will send you a notification email. In this email, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Should you be approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
- Late or missing refunds
Once your refund request is approved by us, you will receive the funds in your account within 5-10 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend that you first, check your bank account again.
Secondly, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after you have completed all of this and have yet to receive your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS and CANCELLATION
– Cancellations: Unfortunately, due to our on-demand manufacturing process, we are only able to cancel your order within 1 hour after your order is placed. After that time frame, we cannot cancel your order since it is fulfilled in our system.
– Modifying the order: If you realize that you need to change the information of your order, please contact our Customer Support team at email@example.com within 12 hours to modify your order. If 12 hours have elapsed since your purchase, we will not accept any requirements about modifying the order.
DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT/ DAMAGED/ STOLEN/ LOST ITEMS
If your package is missed/stolen, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your ordering number. Once we have received your email of request, we will work with you to handle the issue.
For the fastest resolution of defective/incorrect/damaged items, please send us an email that includes a couple of photographs demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item and a shipping label. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in future printing.
