We take our lovely shoulder tie design and utilize one of the tea party toiles; blue background as shown, yellow background or pink background.

The dress or top and trousers are made from the toile and brown ribbon ties to fasten the shoulders. The brown ribbon also embellishes the hem of the dress/top and the hems of the trousers.
