This is the absolutely lovely fabric and ribbon combination. We use black swirls on white fabric for the swing top and make the shoulder straps out of your choice of color ribbon. The bottom of the top has a fabric ruffle and ribbon just above it.

The trousers are made with a cool, solid black cotton fabric and are also trimmed with a swirls fabric ruffle and ribbon.
