| | Items in stock will usually be shipped from our store within 7 to 10 days. If an item is out of stock or has to be specially ordered we will try to let you know and the order will ship when the item is received. If you do NOT receive the item within 2 weeks of the placement of your order, that normally means that an item is backordered or is a special order. PLEASE EMAIL US to determine if this is the case.
NOTE: CUSTOM MADE items will be completed and ready to ship within 5 to 8 weeks; i.e please check each item's page for the approximate time frame for that product. Items sometimes are completed sooner, and will be shipped earlier if so.
Please be patient with custom made items as they are specially made for you and your little one. Monogrammed items that are NOT custom made, will be ready to ship within 4 weeks.
You must choose your shipping method during the checkout process. We ship to any state in the US including Alaska, Hawaii, and the territory of Puerto Rico.
If you select mulitple shipments, you will be billed an additional $6.95 for each additional shipment.
The amount for shipping under US Priority Mail is based on the total amount of your order. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for your order to arrive after it is shipped by us. The Priority Mail rates are as follows:

We do not reimburse or give credit for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for anything that occurs after we deliver our packages to the postal service. We are not responsible for postal or other shipping service transit time. Transit times are provided by the shipper, and may vary with package destination, particularly during busy/peak periods.
Expedited shipping is available through the US Post Office Express Mail Service or Federal Express. Those rates are as follows:

We also gladly ship internationally to many countries. Our least international rate is $34.99. The amount may be higher depending on your country. All orders are shipped via US global priority mail. For international orders, please allow 10-15 days for your package to arrive after it is shipped.
