| | Custom made items (non-heirloom):
If you need to a custom made item completed in less than the minimum time of 6 weeks we ask you to allow for creating and shipping the item, A RUSH fee WILL apply.
Our RUSH fee for custom items (non-heirloom) that you need within 7 DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER is $50.00 per item. Our RUSH fee for all custom items that you need after the 7 days BUT before the minimum 5 weeks custom items require, is $35.00 per item.
You must choose the RUSH option to add the fee when ordering each item that is a RUSH. IF any item in your order is a RUSH under our policies, and you have not chosen the RUSH fee/option as required, WE WILL ADD the fee to your total.
Additionally, if your item is a RUSH, you MUST also choose FEDEX or US Express Mail as your shipping option at checkout. If you do not, WE WILL add FEDEX OVERNIGHT to your total, and ship the item(s) via that method.
Custom Made Heirloom Dresses and Clothing:
If you need to a custom made HEIRLOOM dress or outfit completed in less than the minimum time of 9 weeks we ask you to allow for creating and shipping the item, A RUSH fee WILL apply.
Our RUSH fee for custom heirloom items that you need within 7 DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER is $100.00 per item. Our RUSH fee for all custom heirloom items that you need after the 7 days BUT before the 9 weeks they require, is $50.00 per item.
