| | | Pre-orders are advance purchases you make of merchandise that is scheduled to arrive in our store and ship to you at a future date.
When you purchase the item, you pay a deposit of 60% of the listed price for that item. The remaining 40% of the price is charged to you when the item arrives in our store, and it is shipped to you.
Make sure of your purchase of Pre-order items, because once you order, it takes that item out of our inventory to offer to another person, and if you cancel your order OR RETURN IT AFTER YOU RECEIVE IT, a re-stocking fee of 25% of the purchase price of the garment applies. Accordingly, if you cancel your order, and have only paid the 60% deposit, you will only receive a refund of 35% of the price of the garment. If you want to RETURN the item after you receive it, you will only receive a refund of 75% of the price you paid for the garment.
We are not responsible for delays in manufacturers shipping items to us; however, if an item you have Pre-ordered is NOT made and/or shipped to us by the manufacturer, you will be notified and your payment will be refunded.
NOTE: PLEASE PLACE PRE-ORDER PURCHASES SEPARATELY FROM OTHER PURCHASES.
