This is a wonderful dress, swing top and shorts, or swing top and capris set to show her patriotism!

The top is made in red gingham, and can either tie at the sides of the top in the apron style with woven grosgrain flag colored ribbon, or can be a regular square neck swing top with bows at the shoulders. The shoulders are also made of the same ribbon, and the ribbon embellishes the bottom of the top and shorts.
