Michael Miller's new Rouge et Noir line, especially the eiffel tower fabric, is to die for! Sweet, lovely and sophisticated elegance. We craft this outfit in a top and trousers style. The top is made of black with white dots fabric, with the shoulder straps made of the eiffel tower fabric. A strip of the eiffel tower fabric embellishes the center of the top and is completed with a pretty fabric bow. The bow can be worn to the side or in the middle. (see inset image)

The trousers are made from the eiffel tower fabric and include a big ruffle at the bottom. The shorts of course will have a smaller ruffle.
