This is a wonderful creation for the Spring and Summer!

We start with the beautiful Cottontail toile for the swing top and the bloomers or shorts. The swing top fastens at the shoulders with powder blue satin ribbons. The bottom of the swing top is embellished with small, powder blue pom poms.
