This is the absolutely lovely fabric and ribbon combination. We use black swirls on white fabric for the top of the dress and add a 4 inch black dots fabric ruffle at the hem. The shoulder straps and around the hem are made with/embellished with green grosgrain ribbon and a big pin on bow.
