This little dress is just as cute as can be. You may choose from a variety of fabrics. The bottom of the dress is trimmed with a ruffle overlayed with white eyelet. It buttons at the shoulders with fabric covered buttons. The shoulders are embellished with removable, pin-on bows. The cake is appliqued with a floral fabric to match, and is embroidered with the number of candles you choose. You can also choose to order matching bloomers so her little panties don't show!
