What a unique and precious smocking design! The dress is made with light blue seersucker fabric and has angel wings trimmed in red ric rac. The bishop smocking is embroidered with 3 little Statues of Liberty holding their lights of freedom. The Statues' hair is made with real fringed yellow yarn. Perfect to show her patriotism!
